      Deborah (Midlick) Gunzerath, 65, of Hazleton, passed away Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.  Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Adele (Kukowski) Midlick and was a member of Annunciation Parish at St. Gabriel’s Church, Hazleton.

      She was employed by Kmart and Boscov’s and made many friends over the years.  Debby was a very loving and kind person and was always there for her family and friends. She was an avid holiday decorator and loved animals, especially her rabbits and dogs.

      Surviving are her husband, Peter Gunzerath; brother William Midlick and wife Theresa, Hazleton; and sister Carol Novotnak, NJ; brothers-in-law George and Dan Gunzerath, both of Hazleton; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Theodore.

      Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 14th, at 9:45 A.M. in Annunciation Parish at St. Gabriel’s Church.  Burial will be in Holy Trinity German Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday morning in the church from 8:45 A.M. to 9:45 A.M.
