Obituary
Angeline A. Cusate, 101, of Hazleton, passed away Wednesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton. Born July 15th 1923, in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late James and Mildred (Yanuzzi) Russell and was a member of Queen of Heaven Parish at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hazleton.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband George Cusate in 2000; brother John J. Russell; and sister Dolores McCauley.
Surviving are her sons George and his wife Bernadette, Hazleton, and James and his wife Deborah, Hazleton; grandchildren Christine, Georgiann and husband Chris Portalatin, Leeann, Maria and husband Michael Thomson, and Joseph; great grandchildren; Michael Corrigan and wife Amy, Matthew Corrigan and wife Brianna; Alyssa Corrigan and Roman Morris; great great granddaughter Lucy Corrigan; sisters Jean Schiavone and Amelia Hill, Reading; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 2nd, at 10 A.M. in Queen of Heaven Parish at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hazleton. Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday morning in the church from 9-10 A.M.
